Me.
Above all, I am a mom too.
And there happens to be four small, messy delightful kids in our house that call me mama and I can honestly say that each one of them has changed me - forced me to grow in ways that I didn't know I needed or wanted, encouraged me to become a better version of my previous self, and through their unconditional love shown me the importance of giving myself the grace to grow.
I know motherhood has probably challenged you in some of the same ways it has for me, so come chat. Whether its anxiety that makes it hard to stop feeling overwhelmed, depression that brings tears and scary thoughts, or a sleep schedule that just won’t fall into place. Come chat. I promise to provide a safe place to process this journey and find a way to intentionally navigate its many highs and lows.
